EZ8 Running Program

This is a fun eight-week running program geared towards women of all ages and fitness abilities. The ultimate goal is to be able to run an 8-minute mile with EASE, thus the name...Easy Eight (EZ8). There is an 8-week Tuesday/Thursday program for beginner to intermediate runners, and also a 4-week Tuesday/Thursday program for novice runners.

It's not about being a track star or an elite athlete. It's about being the best YOU can be. It's not about going out at 6:00 p.m. to run with a group of women for an hour. It's a lot more! You really learn how to run better and more efficiently. You will find yourself building relationships with other women who enjoy and have the same interests and goals. It's always different and a lot of fun. The group's average age is late twenties to early fifties. As an EZ8 runner, you will gain confidence, endurance, speed, and find your legs leaner and stronger. You don't have to be a great runner to begin.

If you are a TRUE beginner you may enroll in the NOVICE RUNNER program – the only pre-requisite is that you must be injury free and want to learn how to run better! To qualify for the “regular” EZ8 program, you must only be able to run one mile without having to stop to walk...even if your one mile is S...L...O...W. 

You will feel rewarded by running a 5K at your FASTEST speed with the group at the end of this camp. You'll also receive a great EZ8 T-shirt on graduation day!

EZ8 Running Details:

2 Days a week (T & Th) at 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Women only - All Ages Welcome
Focused Stretching / Injury Prevention
Increase your speed and endurance
LEARN how to breathe
LEARN how to run well
Rhythm Intervals / Drills FUN ! ! !
ONLY $199.00 for 8 weeks

*You must be able to run ONE MILE without having to stop to walk.
